After a long streak of succesfull results (the last defeat happened last October, at home against Old Parks), one league and one cup later, Panorama couldn't replicate the good form from the week before and lost against Lenesia in Robertsham. Kelly started with a 4-4-2, well knowing that, with the list of unavailable players (either because of sickness, injuries or emergencies), any additional injury should complicates his plans. Panorama started brightly, on a field that was unfortunately hard to play on due to the acid smell in the air and the crazy bounces. The lack of cohesion in the last 3rd though didn't help, and Panorama couldn't convert the few initial chances. Eventually Lenesia opened the score when a pass by Olgiati bounced off a Lenesia player, allowing them to counterattack and score the first goal. 10 minutes later though a great pass by Benites found De Leo, who cooly slotted behind the keeper. Dixon almost scored the 2nd from a free kick and Bailey had a great chance but was unlucky with the bounce. In the second half though injuries by Smith, Veldon and Olgiati compromized the game, and Lenesia, after finding the 2-1 from a corner kick, found the 3-1 with another counter attack after Panorama was pressing for a goal. Overall it was not a good performance by Panorama, on a messy and unlucky night. Just like last year, the team can only improve from the first league defeat! Some stats:
