Match Report Panorama rescued a point in a battle against a dirty Randburg side, by managing to somehow hold on a 2-2 score after playing most of the game with 8/9 healthy players.

Mike Kelly had to make some decisions with a team reduced to 12 players (with Bezuidenhout making his retun after many months!), and decided to opt for a 4-4-2 with the unusualy Smith/Almeida paired in the midfield and Bezuidenhout / Will up front. The lack of Harris, De Leo, Bailey and Dixon (at the top of an alredy long injured list) meants that Panorama didn't have enough changes on the bench against a fitter Randburg team.

And yet in the first half it was all about Panorama. They dominated the early exchanges and scored quickly with Olgiati converting a penalty after being taken down in the area by the keeper. It was a swif revenge for Olgiati after he missed his last penalty against the same team in the league cup quarter finals ck outs few months back.

Panorama dominated on the wings, and Randburg often had to rely on dirty plays (especially on Olgiati, taking his frustration to unseen levels) to stop their counter attacks. But from a great run by Lewis (who was hacked by their right back but managed to stay up in order to cross in the middle)  Almeida scored with a good and precise shot.

In the second half the game totally changed. Atkinson was elbowed in the chest by a Randburg player, and while he was on the field crouching in agony, Randburg took advantage and scored their first goal. Soon Ryan Smith pulled an hamstring and wasn't able to continue, but somehow managed to offer his body up front in order to keep 11 men on the field.

With Bezuidenhout sacrificed in a midfield holding role, and Miles introduced up front, Panorama still struggled to contain a fitter Randburg side, and Randburg managed to score after a good move on the left.

Eventually the constant hacking and dirty play was enough to Panorama and in the space of 10 minutes they got two yellow cards. Wills reacted to another provocation by one of the Randburg players (even if initially the poor Robson, holding the fort with Smith for most of the game, was sent off by mistake) and soon after Olgiati, after getting kicked in the hamstring (and injuring it in the process), look for a vendetta and hacked the first random Randburg guy that run in front of him.

Panorama ended the game with 9 players on the field, sometime with only Robson and Clive Smith defending the poor Jeanes, but somehow managed to stay unbeated thanks to a gritty display.
