In a messy game Panorama wasted a good opportunity to beat Sporting after being stopped at home. With few missing players, and a returning Veldon after a 2 years absence, Panorama controlled most of the game but was unable to score the winning goal. Sporting got closer with a missed penalty (which was unfairly given after a clash with the keeper), but Panorama could only manage to hit a post with Olgiati in the first half. Good chances were wasted during the game (with Olgiati missing a golden chances in the dying minutes), and with the pressure of getting a result, both team ended up spending too much time bickering and fouling each other. Overall not a great performance by Panorama, which stays in second position together with sporting ahead of the clash against top of the league randburg next week... |
