Match Report Panorama came behind in a tough game and almost snatched victory in a highly contested game.

Randfontein City, looking for revenge after losing the cup semifinal 2 months ago (and then losing again 3-0 in the last game of the season 2 days later) started with an aggressive pace, that left Panorama rattled in the first minutes. After some dreadful playing, Panorama loosened up and got very close to score twice with Thornton, whose headers were saved in an unconventional manner by the keeper.

Unforunately it was Randfontein who scored twice in the space of 5 minutes. First with a tight punter from the right, and then with an own goal by Kelly, who misread Thornton's intention and beat him.

The first half ended 0-2. Panorama decided to switch to a more attacking style and almost found the first goal when a handball forced the referee to indicate the spot kick. Gary Thornton stepped up to try to open his season's account, but his shot went wide. 2-0 down, with a missed penalty, in one of those game when nothing goes right, from simple passes to headers: it was going to be a tough night.

But Panorama showed character and, from a long ball by Robson, Olgiati controlled the bounce before resisting the defender's pulling and unleashing a shot who beat the keeper in the top corner.

It wasn't going to be enough for Panorama, now wanting to score again to keep the unbeaten series. And it was Miles's turn to deliver. Mathebula held on the ball and flicked to Miles, who controlled and hit a delicious volley in the bottom corner, where the keeper had no chance.

Panorama pressed again and almost scored the winner with Thompson, who hit the post with a header from outside the area. But it was a question of minutes: Harris cut inside the area, and shot from a tight angle but Olgiati (in suspicious offside position) was there to convert the 3-2.

Unfortunately 5 minutes later Randfontein found the final 3-3 from a ball lost by Panorama while attacking. The counter attack was quick and they found the net coming from the left.

The final score was 3-3. The Undertakers showed character and stayed at the top of the league!
