Match Report Panorama took one step closer to the division 2 title by winning a tough game away at Florida.

With Dixon and Stoychev still unavailable, Kelly played Panorama with a 4-4-2, deploying Miles in the front with Bezuidenhout, and using Thornton as sweeper, pairing him with Robson in the central defense.

Panorama started strong and took advantage of Bezuidenhout's speed to quickly run behind thier lines during the counter attacking phases.  The first goal happened exactly in the way everyone expected: from a corner taken by Florida, Panorama managed somehow to get hold of the ball and Thornton released a precise 60 meters pass behind the enemy's lines. Bezuidenhout took control of the ball and chipped the keeper from 20 meters for the 1-0.

The 2-0 happened in a similar fashion. From a free kick deep into Panorama's side, Atkinson managed to cleverly flick the ball to Olgiati, who, just like Bezuidenhout 10 minutes earlier, lobbed the keeper for the second goal.

Panorama then relaxed a little and let Florida get back in the game, by scoring the 1-2 towards the end of the first half.

Panorama stared the second haf with a cautios 4-5-1, leaving Bezuidenhout to do solitary runs against the defense, often helped by Olgiati and Lewis on the sides. But Florida took control of the game and dominated for long sections of the second half, first hitting the post and then finally finding the 2-2 after 20 minutes of constant pressure.

But Panorama stepped up to the game, and the midfield line decided to take control of the midfield and close on the Florida's runners. Harris, Atkinson, a returning Kennedy and De Toit spent most of their time tackling and playing hard in order to get the ball back. Bezuidenhout took care of scoring the winning goal, after Harris managed to flick the ball to him. Bezuidenhout still had to stay up after 2/3 tackles attempt, and then score from a tight angle with the keeper closing in.

Panorama then defended the results with everything they got. Wills, Kelly, Thornton and Robson defused every possible attempt, and the biggest risk came from a tackle by Atkinson, with the ball somehow kept out of the goal by the cat-like reflexes of Jeanes.
