Panorama started strongly in Division 2 against Old Parks with an excellent team performance that ended up in a 3-0 win away at a tricky ground. Panorama started with the usual 4-5-1, soaking Old Parks clever passing and protecting a solid Mushore. Franz, Imbriolo, Benites and Ho Lam provided a wall that Old Park just couldn't break. Eventually, after few missed chances, Panorama scored with a clever move that ended up with Egbers scoring the first goal of the season. The 5 in the midfield , rotating between players, provided the aggressivness and the cover needed for Panorama to continue absorbe Old Parks' attacks and then hit on the counter. Liu was everywhere on the field, and Bailery and Lindsay provided the high pressing and passing that allowed Panorama to grow and become more dangerous as Old Parks started to struggle. In the space of 10 minutes Panorama scored 2 quick goals, thanks to Sizwe, taking advantage of his speed to score a cracker from the distance and then assisting Miles for the 3-0 Overall it was a very good team performance. After the last rounds of the Summer League and the disappointment of an early exist from the cup, this was what was needed. Some stats from the game:
