Match Report Panorama's eason ended up in a final group defeat that meant no semifinals in the league cup, after 2 wins and 2 defeats from their 4 games.

Against Rush FC, Panorama experienced some sort of deja-vu from the first group game against the same team (which resulted in the first defeat in months): Rush went 1-0 up early in the first half, and Panorama played the rest of the game attacking without finding a goal. After a flat first half, Panorama took control of the game and pushed, knowing that only a win would qualify them in the next round. Brown scored towards the end from a cross by Almeida, but in the dying minutes Rush found the 2-1 from a free kick.

Not a great way to end the season, but with a league win in the pocket, Panorama cannot stay too say for too long, with Winter League just behind the corner...

Some stats from the game:

  • Panorama played the 9th game against Rush, losing their 6th.
  • Panorama played 20 games in the summer league, winning 16 (80%) and losing only 2 (2 in the final 3 games). They scored 92 goals (a new record) and conceded only 22.
  • Lindsay topped the charts for match played (19), goal scored (23) and assists provided (12). Insane numbers!
  • In the goal+assists final table, Lindsay topped it with 35, followed by Mdunge with 21 and Bailey with 20.
